This bowl shaped gunite pool needed a lot of structural attention. 

The tops of the walls were severely cracked and decayed to the degree that water was pouring through them and the pool couldn’t stay full.

These cracks went completely through the walls.

All of the coping stones and tiles were loose and falling off.

We removed all the loose coping stones and tiles, sawcut below the cracked areas in the walls and jackhammered out the decayed gunite material.

We put reinforcing steel bars into the existing wall and then formed and poured the tops of the walls.

Next, we installed new skimmers, returns, plumbing and coping.

With a custom measured vinyl liner and a new filter and pump system, this is another restoration project that is maintenance free for years to come.
