LOUIS RANIERI

President and founder of Ranieri Construction has been self employed since he was 23 years old. Prior to starting his own business, he worked as a mason and a laborer with various construction companies. While gaining a wide array of experience throughout his initial career, quality and honesty were also instilled in him by his previous employers. Today, Louis is still involved in the day to day operations of the business from the fieldwork to the sales calls with excellence as his motivating factor.

LOURDES RANIERI

The wife of Louis, oversees the administrative and financial side of the company. Lourdes was also involved with the construction aspect when the business was in its infancy. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology in the Philippines. Using her knowledge of chemistry, she invented and produced the durable formwork that we use today to create all of the curves and radius corners on our patios.

JONATHAN RANIERI

The oldest son, working alongside his father in all aspects of the company since he was a young teenager, has been exposed to all the same experiences of the concrete decking industry and beyond. Expanding his knowledge of the building and construction industry, Jonathan went to Northeastern University and obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He utilizes his education to expand and advance the family business and to troubleshoot technical issues on the jobsite.

ANDREW RANIERI

The youngest son, has been involved in the family business since his adolescent years. Andrew is involved with everyday fieldwork and operations. He went to trade school at Minuteman Regional Technical High School with an Automotive concentration. In addition to the daily construction operations, Andrew also maintains and cares for all the material handling equipment, tools, and the vehicles keeping our projects running smoothly.

REX GALECIA

Brother in-law of Louis, Rex has been working with Ranieri Construction since he was 18 years old. Originally from the Philippines, Rex immigrated to the U.S. and wanted to find a career in the construction industry. Working with Louis, he was able to put his artistic ability to use and perfected the swirl finish by making the swirls follow a specific pattern. Ever since then, this pattern is our primary finish and what Ranieri Construction is known for.
